These palettes replace the final 16 entries of the primary palettes in game. They are used to display the background images of bordered windows as well as the background of the load game screens, and the terror site announcement window. 384 bytes in all. They are stored using the same 3 byte RGB format as the primary palettes. These eight "mini-palettes" contain sixteen colors each (128 colors in total).
