Psi Skill is a rating of the effectiveness with which the soldier can use his inherent psionic ability.


Starting Values

New recruits will always begin with a value between 16 and 24.

Maximum Caps

An X-COM soldier's Psi Skill is capped at 100.

Improvement

Is increased through Psi Training.
