Values inside ( ) are after the Integrated Warfare GTS Project, which either adds a flat +1 or does +25% rounded down to the base value.
More info is needed on how this Project affects the various sims
1 tier 1 and tier 2 are actually the same (10 - 15) in the table of version 1.1, should be fixed in upcoming 1.2
